Beth Albright is a global transformation leader experienced in organizational/culture change, executive compensation, executive development, and talent management, in both public and private companies. She has over 30 years of HR experience in various industries with both domestic and global accountability. Beth was most recently the CHRO for Chemours, a company which was spun from DuPont, and was named Delaware Valley CHRO of the Year in 2017.

Lisa Santin is a global business leader experienced in all areas of Human Resource and specializing in strategic talent management, Shared Services and culture transformation. Lisa has spent the last twenty years in human resources while managing teams for multiple industries and partnering with business executives across the globe. Her extensive experience makes her a key asset to business leaders both domestic and international. Lisa was most recently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Asplundh Tree Experts, LLC, a vegetation management company with over 35,000 employees and a variety of operations across the U.S.,Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Deb Kauffman is currently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Radius Health, a biotechnology company.
Prior to joining Radius, Deb held various leadership and consulting roles including VP, HR at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and VP, HR for GAI- tonics Corporation.
Deb has experience building and growing companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology and manufacturing industries.
She earned a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College .

Krista Bortolato

Petplan Pet Insurance

Krista Bortolato currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Petplan Pet Insurance. In her current role, Krista leads all aspects of the Human Resources function with a strong focus on building and enhancing company culture. Krista has lead the HR function for fast-growing startup organizations, and has also held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies where she spearheaded acquisition and integration efforts for NRG Energy and Aramark. Krista holds a BA from Eckerd College. Outside the office, she can often be found indulging her passions for cooking and travel, alongside her husband and four year-old son.
